Vendor Terms & Conditions – RepentFest

 

Effective Date: March 11, 2025

Welcome to RepentFest! By registering as a vendor and submitting your payment through our website, you (“Vendor”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by The Sub Group LLC d/b/a DatSalt Worldwide (“Organizer”).

1. Event Details

    • Event Name: RepentFest

    • Date: June 15, 2025

    • Location: Fox Pointe, Lansing, IL

    • Setup Time: 8 am — Vendors must arrive on time and be fully set up before the event begins.

    • Event Duration: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm

    • Vendor Takedown: 9:00 pm — Vendors must remain operational for the duration of the event and cannot leave early without prior approval.

2. Vendor Packages & Fees

Food Truck Vendors

    • Basic Package – $250: Includes food truck spot, general placement, full audience access.

    • Mid-Tier Package – $375: Includes Basic + website listing, discount code promotion, 30-second video, basic photography, enhanced placement.

    • Premium Package – $500: Includes Mid-Tier + social media feature, extended 45-second video, professional photography, behind-the-scenes feature, premium placement, live interview, post-event promotion, priority access to future events.

Merchandise & Service Vendors

    • Standard Package – $150: Includes 8-ft table under a covered gazebo, general placement, audience access, and selling privileges.

Add-Ons:

    • Social Media Feature: $50

    • Vendor Spotlight Video (30s): $100

    • Product Photography: $75

    • Priority Vendor Access for Future Events: $50

3. Payment & Refund Policy

    • All vendor fees must be paid online through our official website at RepentFest.com/Vendors.

    • Payments must be completed by June 13, 2025 to confirm your spot.

    • Vendor fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Organizer cancels the event.

    • No refunds will be issued for vendor no-shows or vendor-initiated cancellations.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

    • Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal business, tax, and health regulations.

    • Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, and sales transactions.

    • Vendors must maintain a clean and safe space and leave their area in its original condition.

5. Insurance Requirement

    • Food vendors must carry general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence.

    • Proof of insurance must be submitted 7 days before the event.

    • Vendors are fully responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses related to their business operations.

6. Food Safety & Compliance (For Food Vendors Only)

    • Food vendors must comply with all local health department regulations and obtain the necessary permits.

    • The Organizer is not liable for any foodborne illnesses, allergic reactions, or violations of health regulations.

7. Property Damage & Theft Waiver

    • The Organizer and venue owners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

    • Vendors are encouraged to secure their property and obtain insurance to cover losses.

8. Independent Contractor Status

    • Vendors are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of the Organizer.

    • Vendors are solely responsible for taxes, insurance, and legal compliance related to their business.

9. Liability & Indemnification

    • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its staff, affiliates, and venue owners from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to their participation.

    • The Organizer is not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses associated with the Vendor’s products or services.

    • The Organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in unsafe, disruptive, or unethical behavior.

10. Force Majeure (Event Cancellation or Postponement)

    • The Organizer is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or losses due to:
        • Natural disasters (storms, floods, fires, etc.)

        • Public health emergencies

        • Government restrictions

        • Any other events beyond the Organizer’s control

    • If the event is canceled by the Organizer, vendors may receive a refund or credit toward a future event at the Organizer’s discretion.

11. Agreement Acknowledgment

By checking the box during registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the above Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
