How can I apply to be a vendor?
What are the vendor fees?
Vendor fees vary based on booth size and location. Please refer to our vendor guide or contact us for specific pricing.
What permits or licenses are required?
All food vendors must have valid business licenses and health permits (if selling food or beverages). Retail vendors are welcome without special requirements.
What is included with my vendor space?
Vendor spaces typically include:
- Booth space
- Vendor passes for 2 staff members
- Promotional support on our website and social media
What time can vendors set up and tear down?
Setup begins at 9 on June 25, 2025. Vendors must be fully set up before the festival gates open. Tear-down must be completed by 10 pm after the event ends.
Will security be provided for vendors?
Yes, security will be present throughout the event. However, vendors are responsible for their own belongings and merchandise.
Can I choose my booth location?
Booth locations are assigned based on availability and the type of products or services offered. We try to accommodate preferences but cannot guarantee specific locations.
Is Wi-Fi available for vendors?
Limited Wi-Fi may be available, but we recommend bringing your own hotspot for reliable connectivity.
Can I sell alcoholic beverages?
